When I trained the people at my former employer I identified that the people are not frequent to the words which are used in Scrum. The word “Scrum” itselfs is hard to be pronounced by the software developers. Srum, Scam, Scum, Scriewm etc. We should define general words which are self-descriptive. I have to think about which words would fit best. What do you think?
